How can I submit a complaint or inquiry?

Send your complaint or inquiry via email to clientcare@falbrokers.com. You will receive a response as soon as possible.

What if my inquiry is not answered?

If no response is received within the specified time, you may escalate to the Client Care Supervisor through the same email (clientcare@falbrokers.com) and include your request or policy number.
